Universal Pictures Hires 5,000 Extras for The Odyssey's Opening Scene in Aït Benhaddou, Morocco

According to Moroccan sources, Universal Pictures has hired 5,000 extras for the opening scene of The Odyssey in Aït Benhaddou. The scene took two months to set up, with a crew of over 200 people working on it.
